The verdict is in, and Sunday's major event has secured its spot as the third most-watched television program in history. With over 118 million viewers and an additional 7 million streaming online, the clash between The Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles captivated audiences. Adding to the excitement, Rihanna graced the halftime stage for her first performance since 2018.

PRG Forum played a crucial role in making 2023's pregame coverage and player introductions a stunning success by providing top-notch technical labor, lighting, rigging, networking, and LED services. Their expertise extended to the Apple Music Halftime Show, where they once again delivered impeccable lighting and networking solutions to enhance the spectacle.

Below are a few highlights of PRG Forum’s participation:

Halftime Lighting and Networking

Rihanna's highly anticipated halftime performance was nothing short of gravity-defying, as she took the stage with seven flown platforms, surrounded by over 200 dancers dressed in all white. In a solo moment that left no room for disappointment, the Roc Nation superstar wowed the audience with a medley of her greatest hits, culminating in a powerful rendition of her song 'Diamonds' in a 13-minute mash-up.

For over two decades, PRG has been the trusted lighting provider for the halftime show. This year, in collaboration with PRG Forum, they once again delivered impeccable lighting and fiber network integration throughout the stadium, as designed by Al Gurdon and Ben Green. The show's Lighting Director, Harry Forster, along with Eric Marchwinski and Mark Humphrey as show programmers and Alen Sisul as the gaffer, worked tirelessly to bring the spectacular visual elements to life.

The show's conceptualization was attributed to Willo Perron, while Bruce Rodgers served as the Creative Director and Production Designer. PRG's impressive gear, including cables, networking, power, and more than 600 lighting fixtures, including their proprietary PRG Ground Control Longthrow™ units, controlled by three Full GrandMA3s and one Light, played a pivotal role in creating the mesmerizing atmosphere.

During the halftime commentary, fans caught a glimpse of the intense 7.5-minute setup as the dedicated crew swiftly assembled the stage and all production elements. PRG's VP of Sales, Tony Ward, expressed immense pride in supporting this historic moment for Roc Nation, recognizing the challenge and privilege of providing lighting for the most-watched moment in television year after year.
